Founder's Story
The heart and vision behind Meliora Study — by Nana Yaa Ansah
For years, I struggled to read the Bible. The sheer size of the book felt daunting, and most study resources either didn't go deep enough or required juggling multiple tools just to understand a single passage.
When the AI revolution began, I felt a stirring — after praying for clarity on what to build, one simple thought came to me:
"I need to read my Bible… and I need help studying it."
The moment that sparked Meliora Study
That moment became the seed for Meliora Study — a digital companion designed to help believers study God's Word with clarity and depth.
Meliora comes from the Latin word meaning "better things." It also echoes meli, the Greek word for honey — a biblical symbol of God's goodness and the sweetness of His Word.
"How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey." — Psalm 119:103
